Attorneys

Attorney Lan Quoc Nguyen has established himself as one of Orange County’s leading advocates for the Vietnamese community. He is a Vietnamese immigrant who arrived in California as young boy in the early 1980s. Since then, Mr. Nguyen has found ways to turn his good fortune and opportunity into ways to serve his community.

Mr. Nguyen earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Riverside, and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of California Hastings College of Law. He has practiced law since 1991.

He is regularly featured as a commentator on Vietnamese legal, political and educational issues on local radio and in community newspapers. He hosts a biweekly radio talk show on legal affairs on Little Saigon Radio and has held a number of leadership positions for civic groups, including chairperson of the board of directors for Legal Assistance for Vietnamese Asylum Seekers (LAVAS).
